Word on the proverbial street is that White Tea is naturally decaf, so I can only assume that certain blends add some caffeination considering this box made “Decaf” a point.
This was bought for our Tea of the Month Club. I’d never had white tea before, but I’d heard good things. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s lighter than green tea and has a very “clean” taste…clean being the only word I could really think of to describe it. There were white teas with fruit essence, but I wanted to try the basic first.
I like that this makes for both a good hot and a cold tea. TMI: It also doesn’t cause as many trips to the bathroom as green tea does. Which is strange…and maybe more strange that I actually tracked that.

A friend recommended t by Sarah, Inc., an online tea and tisane store that she really liked. I wanted to try some of the flavors first, so I bought the Sarah’s Teaser’s sampler pack

Tonight I’m enjoying the Chillax Tisane, a chamomile blend with basil, lavender, lemon balm, and kava kava root. The taste was definitely different. Tea seems to be an acquired taste for me, and some of the individual flavors take a little getting used to. This was one of them.

I wasn’t sold on the first cup I had, but I wanted to give it another try and I’m glad I did. I love it the second time around. The taste is warm and refreshing, yet still calming. That’s the only way I know how to explain it. The site warns that it may cause drowsiness. It does relax to the point of sleepiness, but then again, I’ve only drank it before bed time.

I’m going to try some more flavors from this site, including the other ones I received in my sampler.
